How We Seal Your Floor
Every job begins with a free site assessment to evaluate the condition of your existing floor and determine the appropriate protective concrete seal for how the space is used. The surface is cleaned and, when necessary, lightly prepared to ensure the sealer bonds properly instead of sitting atop dust or residue. Depending on the floor's exposure to moisture, staining, and general wear, our floor sealing services will either apply a penetrating or topical sealer that will effectively seal against stains. Once the sealer has cured, we will walk you through the finished floor together.
