Epoxy coating services only perform as well as the surface underneath, so the slab is first ground back and cleaned thoroughly to remove any oil, dust, or old coatings that could hinder the bonding of epoxy flooring. Once this preparation is complete, the epoxy is mixed and applied with the appropriate build-up for the space, which may include a broadcast or flake finish, or a plain look based on your preferences. An anti-slip additive is incorporated wherever the floor is exposed to water, oil, or foot traffic.
